Please note that you can create a new Borrower Portal user ID at any time, however to see your mortgage loan application in the Borrower Portal, your Banker needs to send you an invitation email to connect your login account to your loan application. Once you connect your login account to the loan application, you will be able to see your loan summary, upload document and eSign documents.
